Information about the activities of the ZRFPK
- Zachodniopomorski Regionalny Fundusz Poręczeń Kredytowych Sp. z o.o. (ZRFPK -West Pomeranian Regional Fund of Credit Guarantee Ltd) gives credit guarantees to micro, small and medium size enterprises (SME) that either have their headquarters or run their business in West Pomeranian Voivodship.
- The aim of the ZRFPK is to support the economic initiatives that ensure the development of the West Pomeranian Voivodship, the reduction of unemployment and the creation of permanent workplaces by giving guarantees in order to make additional sources of loan collateral to entrepreneurs and persons starting up their business.
- ZRFPK was founded on the West Pomeranian Voivodship Self-government’s initiative. The West Pomeranian Voivodship, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Polish Entrepreneurs Foundation and Regional Development Agency of Koszalin PLC are the shareholders of the ZRFPK.
- ZRFPK is a non-profit organization.
Who can apply for a guarantee
Micro, small and medium size enterprises can apply for a ZRFPK guarantee, with the following restrictions:
- a guarantee can be applied only to a credit/loan for the goals directly connected with starting up or running a business,
- the guarantees concern credits/loans whose interest rate is lower than the interest rate set by the European Commission and published in the Official Journal of the European Union,
- guarantees are given to the entrepreneurs who are creditworthy.
Object of a guarantee
- A guarantee can be applied to working capital credits/loans that finance a running business and to investment credits, especially those for purchase of machines and appliances, means of transports, renovation and purchase of real estates.
Conditions of a guarantee
- The maximum level of a guarantee amounts to:
- 70% of the sum of the credit/loan without percentages for the bank credits/loans,
- 60% of the sum of the loan without percentages for the other credits/loans.
- The amount of the guarantee cannot exceed 1.200.000 Zloty.
- The condition of giving a guarantee to SMEs is to set a collateral for the ZRFPK in a form of an own bill of exchange in blanco. In special cases additional collateral can be required in accordance with the ZRFPK Credit Guarantee Regulation.
- A guarantee is given after receiving the positive decision of the credit institution (bank, loan fund) on giving a credit/loan.
- A guarantee is given for maximum 8 years that can be elongated by a maximum 9 months.
